In 2015, a new vineyard was born in Oisly, a small wine-growing village in the heart of the Loire castles.
Aude Clavier, an oenologist, settled in the village of her winemaker ancestors, accompanied by her husband Emmanuel. In Touraine, she rediscovered the fruit of her roots where this divine wine was born.
We make our environment a priority, which is why we committed to the Ecocert Organic Agriculture process in 2016.

Our organic Touraine wines, from an exceptional terroir, offer great aromatic intensity, a range of flavors, and a distinctive character.
As passionate winemakers, we work with respect for traditional craftsmanship and the unique characteristics of the land. Our red, white, and rosé wines are crafted using traditional methods.
As independent winemakers, we work on 10 hectares of vineyards and produce AOC Touraine Oisly and AOC Touraine wines. In Oisly, sauvignon reigns supreme over a terroir where sand rests on clay.
Our goal is to highlight the expression of the terroir through traditional and environmentally friendly practices.
As professional oenologists, we have worked in the New World: Australia, New Zealand, and Chile, as well as in France’s prestigious wine regions: Bordeaux, Southern Rhône Valley, and Burgundy, to perfect our craft and expertise...
Ultimately, we settled in Aude's ancestral winemaking village.
